Four Bailey Brauer PLLC partners have been selected to the 2026 Texas Super Lawyers and Rising Stars legal guides.

Firm co-founders Clayton Bailey and Alex Brauer, along with partner Jason Marlin were recognized for excellence in business litigation by Super Lawyers, which annually lists the top 5% of Texas lawyers based on peer nominations and review, staff research and professional accomplishments. Partner Jared Wilkinson earned Rising Stars honors for his business litigation practice.

Mr. Bailey, who has been on Super Lawyers’ radar annually since 2011, represents clients throughout the country in matters involving contract disputes, business torts, RICO, employment law, trade secrets, deceptive trade practices, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, antitrust, unfair business practices, and the Packers and Stockyards Act. He has served as lead counsel in cases in 14 states and before four state Supreme Courts and eight U.S. circuit appeals courts. He has been listed among the best in the profession by Benchmark Litigation, National Trial Lawyers, The Best Lawyers in America, BTI Consulting and Lawdragon.

Mr. Brauer represents clients in disputes involving allegations of fraud, deceptive practices, breach of contract, breaches of fiduciary duties, and breaches of non-compete agreements. He also represents clients in disputes involving the sales and purchases of businesses. First named to Super Lawyers in 2017 after six years on the Rising Stars list, he has also been honored by Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America, Texas Lawyer, BTI Consulting and Lawdragon.

The 2026 guide marks Mr. Marlin’s debut on the Super Lawyers list after two years in the Rising Stars guide. He has represented energy companies in a wide range of claims and disputes and has advised Fortune 500 companies, investors, developers, owners and government agencies on eminent domain issues.

Mr. Wilkinson represents companies and individuals in complex commercial litigation matters relating to enforcement of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, misappropriation of trade secrets and proprietary information, breaches of fiduciary duty, corporate governance, shareholder litigation and appellate matters in state and federal courts. This marks his second Rising Stars selection.
